Select this Option if you are a Player on a Team and Paying Individually.
What you need to know…
$25 Team Player Entry Fee does not include tournament tees
Choose a Team Name, or nominate a Team Captain, and register using the Team’s Name or Team Captain’s Name (basically, we need to know whose team you’re on)
9 to 12 Players per Team
Teams must have a minimum of 2 girls and the girls need to be playing at all time if you have more than 10 players on a team
You must be 18+ to Play
