JUSTICE4KATIE is excited to announce that we will have a Float Entry in the 2019 Anoka Halloween Parade. Halloween was one of Katie’s favorite holidays and we want you to join us as we continue to remember and honor her legacy. Our mission is to provide public awareness and educate our youth about the importance of safe and undistracted driving. So watch for the JUSTICE4KATIE Float in the Anoka Halloween Parade and look for our mascot, Mr. Toad.
